Schedule: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Description
Express Employment is seeking a dedicated Lawn Maintenance Crew Member to join our client’s growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on outdoor work and takes pride in creating well-maintained, beautiful landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform planting, weeding, and pruning of trees, shrubs, flowers, and other plant materials
- Transport and distribute topsoil, mulch, rock, and other ground cover materials
- Conduct routine lawn maintenance using mowers, tractors, trimmers, and similar equipment
- Assist with the construction and installation of walkways, patios, retaining walls, fire pits, and other landscape features
- Safely operate tools and equipment such as jackhammers, laser levels, measuring instruments, drills, and stone saws
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
- Basic math skills, including measurement and calculations
- Strong working knowledge of hand and power tools
- Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods, including lifting, bending, and standing in all weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of landscape experience
- Previous supervisory experience
