Express Employment is seeking a Shipping Lead to join our client’s team.
This company is looking for a dependable leader who can help keep shipping operations running smoothly in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Candidates should be organized, safety-minded, and comfortable leading by example.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily shipping operations and workflow
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments
- Assist with loading, unloading, and inventory tasks
- Ensure orders are completed accurately and on time
- Maintain warehouse safety and organization standards
Required Qualifications
- Previous shipping or warehouse experience required
- Prior leadership or team lead experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
- Steel-toed boots/shoes required
- Strong attendance, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Experience with shipping systems or inventory tracking
