Job Title : Property Maintenance Technician
Location: Davenport IA
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 1st shift
Pay Range: $16-$20
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine building maintenance and repairs
- Troubleshoot and fix basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues
- Complete work orders in a timely manner
- Assist with preventive maintenance tasks
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of building maintenance/general carpentry experience
- Valid driver’s license required
- Basic hand and power tools required
- Knowledge of general maintenance procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work independently
