Director of First Impressions

Location: Davenport, IA
Job Type: Full-Time 36-40 hours/week 
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Pay Range: $16-18/hr. 

About the Company

Express Employment is seeking a Director of First Impression to join our client’s team.  The Director of First Impressions is the welcoming voice and face of their company. As the first point of contact for homeowners and clients, you'll play a critical role in creating an exceptional customer experience from the very first interaction. You'll answer incoming calls, schedule appointments for their acquisitions team, manage and update our CRM, and ensure every lead is handled with professionalism, urgency, and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls
• Build rapport with homeowners and provide a positive first impression
• Schedule appointments for our acquisitions specialists and sales team.
• Manage calendars to maximize appointment efficiency.
• Accurately enter, update, and maintain lead information within the company's CRM.
• Follow up with leads as directed through calls, texts, emails, or CRM tasks.
• Ensure all customer information is complete, organized, and up to date.

Required Qualifications

• Previous customer service, receptionist or front office experience
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Upbeat and positive attitude
• High energy and enthusiasm
