Responsibilities:
- Process member transactions accurately and efficiently while providing outstanding customer service.
- Maintain and balance cash drawers, vaults, ATMs, and coin machines daily.
- Identify potential fraudulent activity and take appropriate steps to minimize risk.
- Provide information on financial products and services and make qualified referrals.
- Travel between branch locations to provide staffing coverage and operational support.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One to three years of related banking, teller, cashier, or customer service experience.
- Previous cash-handling experience with strong attention to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between branch locations.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a team environment.
