Express Employment Professionals is hiring for an Screen Print Operator to join a growing company in Mason City. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in producing high-quality finished products.
What You’ll Do:

Function as a Screen Print Operator, including making and cleaning screens

Package nameplates and labels according to in-process inspection requirements
-
Operate laminator equipment
-
Number, paint fill, and buff indented numbers
-
Die cut printed foil following operating procedures
-
Perform manual holing and round corner operations
-
Follow in-process inspection procedures to ensure quality standards
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
-
Train and assist in other production areas as needed

Write and maintain operating procedures

Adhere to customer-centric principles and company standards
What We’re Looking For:

Ability to work with hands and perform repetitive tasks

Manufacturing or screen printing experience preferred (not required)
