Restoration Supervisor
Location: Shawnee, KS
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (plus on-call rotation for evenings/weekends)
We’re Hiring a Lead Tech – Water/Fire Restoration Experience Needed!
A local 24-hour emergency restoration company in Shawnee is looking to add a Restoration Supervisor to their growing team! We're seeking someone with a solid background in water or fire restoration who's ready to step into a leadership role and hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and assist on restoration jobs, including water and fire damage projects

Respond promptly to emergency service calls in residential and commercial settings
-
Travel locally in a company vehicle to job sites
-
Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
-
Oversee and mentor junior technicians as needed
-
Participate in an on-call rotation (evenings/weekends)

Wear PPE, including respirators when required
-
Consistently lift up to 75 lbs
-
Maintain a clean and organized job site and company vehicle

Qualifications:
-
At least 1 year of experience in water or fire restoration is required

Leadership skills or prior experience as a lead tech are highly preferred

Strong work ethic, dependable, and ready to take initiative

Comfortable in physically demanding, fast-paced work environments

Positive attitude, clean appearance, and strong communication skills
-
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
