Delivery Driver – Linen Services (26ft Box Truck)
Location: Local hospital routes
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday | Day & Night shifts (varies)
Pay: $20+/hour with experience
Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm
A local linen services company is seeking a reliable Delivery Driver to operate a 26ft box truck delivering clean linens to hospitals. This role is physical and fast-paced and is ideal for someone flexible with hours who doesn’t mind covering routes as needed.
This position helps cover call-ins, vacations, and short-staffed routes, so start times and shifts will vary.
Job Responsibilities:

Drive a 26ft box truck delivering linens to local hospitals

Load and unload rolling linen carts (200–300 lbs) onto and off the truck

Train alongside an experienced driver to learn SOPs and routes

Interact professionally with hospital staff during deliveries

Work flexible hours, including day or night shifts as needed
Schedule Details:

Day shifts: Start between 5:00–6:00 AM until route completion

Night shifts: Start between 3:00–4:00 PM until route completion

Overtime opportunities: approx. 0–20 hours/week (not guaranteed)
Qualifications:
-
Valid Driver’s License (required)

Driving experience preferred

Ability to perform physical work and move heavy rolling carts

Flexible availability and dependable attendance

Must pass drug screen, background check, and MVR
-
No DUIs or license suspensions within the last 5 years
