Customer Care Representative
Location: Kansas City, KS
Schedule: Full-time | Shift varies, includes possible schedule adjustments
Pay: $15.50/hour to start, increase to $17.50/hour within 3–6 months + $1.00/hour attendance bonus
Express Employment is seeking Customer Care Representatives to support omni-channel customer service for web-based government tools. This role is ideal for someone who values professional customer care and thrives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. You’ll assist users through voice and written communication, providing clear, empathetic, and solution-focused support.
Job Responsibilities:

Assist customers with web-based tools and online services

Provide accurate, timely responses to inquiries related to government transactions

Communicate clearly and professionally in both verbal and written formats

Navigate multiple systems and applications efficiently

Follow compliance, quality, and data security standards

Participate in required training, coaching, and team meetings
Qualifications:

Strong verbal and written English communication skills

Must pass background check (government account requires a clean record)
