Location: Shawnee, KS
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time
Express Employment Professionals is hiring a dependable Picker for a manufacturing facility in Shawnee, KS. This role is responsible for packing finished products, maintaining quality standards, and supporting production operations. No experience is required—paid training starts on your first day.
Responsibilities:
- Package finished products according to work order specifications
- Follow established scrap removal and packing procedures
- Perform visual quality inspections during the packing process
- Maintain production and quality standards
- Assist with inventory counts and warehouse support tasks
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic math skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and move up to 50 lbs regularly
