Precast Concrete Laborer
Location: Kansas City, KS
Pay: $20.00/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–5:00 PM
Express Employment Professionals is seeking hardworking and reliable individuals for a Precast Concrete Laborer position in Kansas City, KS. This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, working as part of a team, and learning valuable skills in a manufacturing and construction environment.
Job Responsibilities
Working under the direct supervision of a Crew Leader, associates will learn and assist with the fabrication of precast concrete products, including:
- Setting up and oiling forms
- Laying mesh
- Tying reinforcing bars and steel
- Setting inserts
- Striking off concrete
- Stripping forms
- General cleanup and housekeeping
- Loading and securing truck loads in the yard
- Assisting with other production and yard duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in a production or outdoor environment
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work safely and follow company safety procedures
- Team-oriented attitude with a commitment to quality and productivity
