What You’ll Do

Prime and powder coat automotive parts with accuracy and consistency.

Apply coatings using spray equipment with attention to detail.

Train directly with a lead powder coater on 1st shift.

Stand for long periods in a hot, fast-paced environment.

Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining high quality standards.

Wear full PPE protective gear while working in the paint booth.
What We’re Looking For

Experienced painters (commercial or residential) with strong spray gun experience using acrylic/latex paints.

Not just brush-and-roller work — must know sprayer applications.

Dependable, detail-oriented, and quality-focused workers.

Physically able to work long shifts standing in heat.
Schedule
-
Training (1st Shift): Mon–Thu 6:00 AM – 4:40 PM, Fri 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Optional 2nd Shift after training (if interested): Mon–Thu 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM, Fri 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
