$24.00 - $26.00+ per hour
Additional pay increases available as you gain experience on multiple fabrication machines.
2nd Shift Differential: +$1.00/hr
Schedule
1st Shift
Monday - Thursday
5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
2nd Shift
Monday - Thursday
3:00 PM - 1:30 AM
Candidates hired for 2nd shift will complete approximately 6-8 weeks of training on 1st shift before transitioning to their permanent schedule.

Responsibilities

Operate CNC Press Brake equipment

Read and interpret blueprints and production drawings

Perform tooling setups and die changes
-
Verify dimensions and maintain required tolerances
-
Conduct quality checks throughout production runs
-
Make minor program adjustments as needed
-
Work closely with fabrication, quality, and production teams
-
Maintain a safe and organized work area
-
Cross-train on additional fabrication equipment as skills progress
Qualifications
Required
-
Previous CNC Press Brake experience
-
Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings
-
Experience performing tooling and die changes
-
Experience using measuring tools and inspection equipment
-
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
-
Reliable attendance and stable work history
-
Ability to work independently and remain productive throughout the shift
Preferred
-
2+ years of dedicated Press Brake experience
-
CNC fabrication experience
-
Punch Press experience
-
Metal fabrication background
-
Experience working with tight tolerances
