Laser Operator
Location: Kansas City, KS
Pay: $19–$23 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM

A leading Kansas City manufacturing company is seeking experienced Laser Operators to join its team. Responsibilities
- Operate laser cutting machinery safely and efficiently.
- Program laser equipment using Mastercam.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Perform quality inspections to ensure parts meet specifications.
- Perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and company guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements
- Previous experience operating laser machines.
- Experience with Mastercam programming.
- Ability to read and interpret prints/blueprints.
- Experience performing quality inspections.
- Basic math skills.
- High school education or equivalent specialized training, vocational education, or relevant on-the-job experience.
- Ability to follow safety guidelines, work practices, and regulations.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for 10-hour shifts.
- Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of a manufacturing environment.
