Cart Attendant
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare carts for daily use by cleaning, charging, stocking, and inspecting them before each rental.
- Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Stage carts in an organized and timely fashion for tee times.
- Clean and sanitize carts after each use.
- Refuel or recharge carts as needed.
- Monitor the cart fleet for damage and report maintenance issues promptly.
- Collect carts from the course throughout the day.
- Maintain cleanliness of the cart barn, staging area, practice range, bag drop, and surrounding grounds.
- Assist with loading and unloading bags.
- Pick the driving range and maintain practice facilities as assigned.
- Follow all safety procedures and course policies.
- Provide general assistance to the operations staff as needed.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
