Stacker
Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Stacker to join our team. The Stacker will be responsible for safely and efficiently stacking products onto pallets, preparing materials for storage or shipment, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Responsibilities
- Stack boxes, products, or materials onto pallets according to established patterns and specifications.
- Inspect products for damage or defects before stacking.
- Maintain accurate product counts and ensure pallets are properly organized.
- Transfer products from conveyor lines or production areas to designated pallets.
- Wrap and secure completed pallets for storage or shipment.
- Operate pallet jacks, carts, and other material-handling equipment as needed.
- Assist with loading and unloading products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Report damaged products, equipment issues, or safety concerns to a supervisor.
- Meet daily production, quality, and productivity goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
