Express Employment Professionals is seeking dependable and safety-conscious Flaggers to help direct traffic and maintain safe work zones at construction and roadwork sites.
Direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic safely through work zones.
Use stop/slow paddles, flags, and other traffic control devices.
Communicate with construction crews and other flaggers.
Set up and maintain traffic cones, signs, and barricades.
Follow all safety procedures and traffic control regulations.
Remain alert and aware of changing traffic conditions.
Assist with maintaining a safe environment for workers and the public.
Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded.
Able to stand for extended periods and work outdoors.
Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Previous flagging experience is a plus but not required.
Standing and walking for extended periods.
Ability to lift and move traffic control equipment.
Ability to work outdoors in hot, cold, or rainy weather.
