Local candy manufacture is a growing confectioner focused on producing quality product and creating an outstanding work environment. They are looking for several First Shift Machine Operators at their Baltimore facility to join their team. This position is Monday - Friday, 6:30am – 3pm, with a starting salary of $17 per hour.
Job Responsibilities
Basic knowledge and operation of production machinery
At least 1 year of Machine Operator experience
Loading machine with product and clearing any obstructions
Attention to detail
Problem solving
Set up machine and make basic adjustments
Technical operation of automated candy or packaging equipment
Clean and replenish assembly line machines and supplies
Physical Requirements
Standing for 8 hours
Able to tolerate high heat environment
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to push, pull, and bend throughout the day
