Our client is a leading manufacturer of high-quality candies and confections in the East Baltimore City are. We take pride in crafting sweet treats with care, consistency, and creativity. We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Candy Production Coiler to join our production team and help us keep the magic rolling—literally!
Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor candy coiling machines to ensure proper shaping and consistency of products

Feed, cut, and coil candy products according to specifications
-
Inspect finished coils for quality, size, and uniformity
-
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and equipment
-
Assist with batch setup, flavor changes, and packaging as needed
-
Record production data and report any mechanical or quality issues to supervisors
-
Follow all safety, sanitation, and food-handling procedures
Qualifications:
-
Previous experience in food or candy production preferred (will train the right candidate)

Strong attention to detail and quality

Ability to work in a warm production environment

Basic mechanical aptitude a plus

Able to stand, lift (up to 50 lbs), and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods

Team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills
