Job Full Description
A growing candy manufacturing company in the Baltimore area is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packer to join our production team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing, with training and advancement into a Machine Operator role.
Key Responsibilities:

Pack candy products accurately and efficiently according to quality standards

Inspect finished products for defects and report issues

Label, box, and prepare products for shipment

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety guidelines

Assist machine operators and production staff as needed
Growth & Advancement:
Employees who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and interest will be trained to advance into a Machine Operator position, learning to:

Operate and monitor candy production machinery

Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting

Track production output and quality metrics
Qualifications:

No prior manufacturing experience required (training provided)

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to [weight, e.g., 40 lbs]
