Job Full Description
Building Maintenance Technician
What you’ll be doing as a Building Maintenance Technician:

Perform comprehensive facility repairs, including electrical, plumbing, painting, and furniture assembly.

Manage preventative maintenance schedules to ensure optimal building operations.

Serve as the primary client liaison for service requests and project updates.

Maintain 24/7 availability to provide rapid response for after-hours facility emergencies.
What you’ll need to succeed as a Building Maintenance Technician:
- 1+ year of building maintenance is a PLUS
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with private vehicle
Additional information for the Building Maintenance Technician:
- $19/hourly
- Ann Arbor, MI
- Monday-Friday
