Production Supervisor
Our client in Saline is looking for a Production Supervisors to join their team. This position is a DIRECT HIRE and will be scheduled on All Shifts
Experience needed to succeed as a Production Supervisor
- 3+ years of experience as a process tech or mold setter in the Injection Mold industry
- 3+ Years of Supervisory in a manufacturing role
- High School Diploma or equivalent
What you’ll be doing as the Production Supervisor
- Supervise and coordinate production activities for a team of 30-35, including process technicians, material handlers, mold setters, and maintenance staff.
- Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining efficiency and quality standards.
- Manage administrative tasks, including shift reports, employee timecards, and attendance monitoring.
- Train new associates and assist with interviews and disciplinary actions.
Additional information for the Production Supervisor role
- $65,000 to $70,000 salary
- 1st shift: 6 AM–2:30 PM
- 2nd shift: 2 PM–10:30 PM
- 3rd shift: 10 PM–6:30 AM
