Human Resource/Administrator
A leading professional employer organization (PEO), that’s provides custom HR solutions to clients across the country is looking for a Human Resource/Administrator to join their team in Ann Arbor.
Experience needed to succeed as a Human Resource/Administrator
- 1–3 years of Human Resources experience, including employee support and compliance.
- 1–2 years of administrative experience, handling documentation, communication, and workflow management.
- Bachelor's degree or a high school diploma/GED with equivalent years of relevant experience.
What you’ll be doing as the Human Resource/Administrator
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide HR guidance to support effective workforce management.
- Track, process, and manage requests and paperwork related to FMLA and other leaves of absence.
- Monitor shared email inbox, triage service cases, research situational calls, and respond to employee and client inquiries.
- Process verifications of employment, prepare responses for unemployment claims, and represent clients in unemployment hearings when necessary.
- Accurately document all employee and client interactions in Client Space for tracking and compliance purposes.

- Monday-Friday, 8am – 5pm
