Welder/Fabricator
A local signage company is seeking a Welder/Fabricator for their Ypsilanti location.
What you’ll need to succeed as a Welder/Fabricator
- 3 to 5 years of welding and fabrication experience
- Experience reading blueprints
- Must have welding mask, welding gloves and a basic set of tools
- High school diploma or equivalent
What you’ll be doing as a Quality Control Technician
- Fabricate large custom signage using MIG and stick welding on aluminum and steel
- Operate shears, brake press, saws, punch press, drill press, and tapper for fabrication tasks
- Prep finished structures for the paint department
- Safely operate forklifts as needed for material handling
Additional information for the Quality Control Technician
- $24-$27 hourly
- Monday-Friday, 7:30am – 3:30pm
- Ypsilanti, MI
