Senior Human Resources Manager
Our client in Ann Arbor is looking for Senior Human Resources Manager to join their team!
What you’ll be doing as a Senior Human Resources Manager
- Act as the primary point of contact for all staff, managing onboarding, disciplinary processes, and union contract grievances.
- Ensure full adherence to federal and local employment laws, including OSHA documentation and Workers’ Compensation case management.
- Direct all benefits administration and open enrollment while collaborating with Finance to ensure payroll accuracy.
- Support the HR Director by auditing internal processes and implementing strategies to increase departmental efficiency.
What you’ll need to succeed as a Senior Human Resources Manager
- 5 to 8 years of experience HR Manager preferred, Senior HR Generalist or HR Business partner considered
- 1+ year of experience with Union contracts and grievances
- Experience using Paycom software highly preferred
- GED or Diploma
