Job Full Description
Maintenance Manager
An international group that manufactures, sells and services cutting tools, measuring tools is looking for a Maintenance Manager. This is a direct hire position.
Experienced needed to succeed as a Maintenance Manager
-
5+ years of Industrial Maintenance Technology (IMT) experience, with a specialized focus on CNC machining setup, operation, and troubleshooting.

2–3 years of supervisory experience leading industrial maintenance technicians, machine operators, and shop floor operations.
- HS diploma or equivalent
What you’ll be doing as the Maintenance Manager
- Direct the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of production equipment while managing on-call emergency response to maximize operational uptime.

Establish preventive/predictive maintenance programs, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and lead root-cause analysis to mitigate recurring equipment failures.

Manage annual maintenance budgets and critical spare parts inventory, identifying supply risks and controlling repair and contractor expenditures.

Coordinate outside service providers, OEMs, and technical contractors during capital equipment upgrades, installations, and commissioning.

- $80,000 salary
- Monday-Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm
- Mandatory overtime when scheduled
