Job Title: Senior Automotive Technician
Location: Southgate, MI
Position Type: Full-Time
Shift: 8am-6pm
Pay: Up to $100,000/ year (based on experience)

Job Summary: Lead Automotive Technician will be responsible for working with a small crew to efficiently work on the vehicles that come into the shop. Provide great customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive automotive repairs and maintenance.
- Consistently achieve an average of 38+ flat rate hours per week, focusing on diagnostics, repair, and routine maintenance.
- Install, repair, and test electrical and electronic systems, with a strong ability to read and interpret schematic diagrams.
- Install electrical components and drivable parts while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in diagnostics and electrical systems.
- ASE Certification required, along with personal tools.
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in the automotive industry
