Express Employment is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician in New Boston, MI.
$25–$35/hr (DOE)
Maintenance schedule: 2pm-10pm [overtime as needed]

What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot & repair production equipment
- Motors, VFDs, electrical panels
- Perform preventive maintenance (PMs)
- Diagnose hydraulic & pneumatic issues
- Support facility systems (HVAC, compressors, etc.)
- Read schematics, blueprints, P&IDs
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years industrial maintenance experience
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
- Basic PLC troubleshooting experience
Experience with:
- 120V / 480V systems
- Mechanical + electrical repair
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Skills (Higher Pay)
- PLC programming / advanced controls
- Servo systems / automation experience
- Food manufacturing or GMP environment
