Stand up Forklift Driver Job Summary: A well-established manufacturer and distributor in the building materials industry is seeking a dependable Stand-Up Forklift Operator to join their team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for safely operating stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials that support daily production and distribution activities. This position plays a key role in keeping operations efficient, accurate, and on schedule.
Stand up Forklift Responsibilities:
- Driving a reach truck and forklift and picking and processing orders for shipment
- Shipping and receiving duties and assisting in loading and unloading trucks
- Material handling and staging product for the production operators
- Ability to use a computer and ability to update pick lists and inventory
Schedule & Pay:
- Monday- Friday from 6am-3:30pm and some Saturday's as required
- $19.00-$21.00/HR DOE
Stand up Forklift Qualifications:
- Experience operating a reach truck
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to use a computer and assist in updating paperwork
- 3-5 years of shipping and receiving experience.
- Lifting up to 50 pounds
