Ink Production Technician Job Summary: A leading manufacturing company in the Grand Rapids area is seeking a dependable Ink Production Technician to join their team! This hands-on role is perfect for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality work, enjoys working in a team environment, and pays close attention to detail. You’ll be responsible for mixing and blending custom ink colors, performing quality checks, and handling materials to ensure smooth production flow.
Ink Production Technician Responsibilities:
- Following recipes to mix custom colors
- Operation of blending and mixing machines
- Labeling
- Weighing up materials
- Quality Control
- Material Handling duties
- Shipping and Receiving
- Operate a Hilo as needed
- Delivery using a company van
Schedule & Pay:
- 1st shift 7:00am - 4:30pm Monday-Friday or until done; Overtime will be mandatory with some Saturdays
- $17.00/HR
Ink Production Technician Qualifications:
- Ability to see color
- Weigh and measure
- Read and follow written instructions
- A valid Driver’s license
- Lift up to 60lbs
- Prioritize daily activities
- 1-2 years Hilo experience
- Comfortable working around stronger smells like ammonia
