Janitor/Handyman Job Summary:
A leading Michigan automotive manufacturer is seeking a dependable and motivated Janitor/Handyman to join its growing team on a full-time basis. Janitor/Handyman responsibilities:
- Housekeeping of all common areas such as offices, community areas, and restrooms and plant areas
- Grounds clean up/snow shoveling.
- Dust, trash, clean windows, floor care, restock, replace items.
- Assisting the maintenance team with special projects
- Follow a specific cleaning schedule for each area of the plant.
- Set up for events and break down for events.
Schedule & Pay:
- 3rd shift, 10pm-6am, Sunday-Thursday, some Saturday work.
- $17.00/HR
Cleaner/Janitor Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of previous housekeeping, cleaning, janitorial experience
- Able to do minor repairs.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to use power tools, diagnose maintenance issues.
- Willing to work inside and outside in different weather.
- Meticulous, detailed, cleaner
