Accounts Receivable Clerk Job Summary: An industry-leading architectural signage company in Grand Rapids is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their team.
Accounts Receivable Clerk Requirements:
- Generate invoices in SAGE
- Contact past due and near due accounts for payment
- Investigate and resolve customer billing disputes and inquiries
- Process credit card payments
- Develop a solid understanding of multi-state sales tax jurisdictions
- Process credit applications
- Create and maintain positive customer relationships
- Other duties as assigned
Schedule & Pay:
- 8 am – 5 pm, Monday-Friday. Full or Part time (minimum 20-25 hours, 4 days/week)
- $19-$20/HR
Accounts Receivable Clerk Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of related education or experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Sage highly beneficial
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills, with ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
- Accuracy and attention to detail, with sound judgment and problem-solving skills
