Front Office Coordinator Job Summary:
A family-owned manufacturing company is looking for new temporary team member to assist in covering for a maternity leave. This position will be providing support to the HR department while responsible for assuring operations of the administrative department are efficient by performing a variety of clerical and administrative duties.
Front Office Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Greet clients, guests, and vendors; determine the purpose of each person’s visit and direct or escort him/her to the appropriate location
- Answer and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary
- Manages facility access and cardkey system
- Maintain the appearance of the front office, meeting rooms, and lobby
- Office supply management
- Assist with a variety of HR support related tasks such as managing the attendance line and processing new hire and orientation paperwork
- Perform electronic filing and recordkeeping
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Schedule & Pay:
- 7:45am-4:30pm Monday-Friday
- $20-$22/HR
Front Office Coordinator Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a professional office and/or administrative role
- Bilingual with great fluency in English and Spanish preferred
- Strong ability to apply emotional intelligence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven understanding of and ability to act with discretion
- Ability to work independently
