Job Full Description
Customer Service Representative Job Summary:
A well-established manufacturing company is hiring for a Customer Service role to support production control and customer-facing operations. This position works closely with the Production Control Manager, Account Managers, sales, and manufacturing teams to ensure accurate communication, scheduling support, and timely resolution of customer and production-related questions. The role serves as a key liaison between customers and the production floor in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

Direct support of the Production Control Manager and Account Managers

Primary point of contact and liaison between customers, sales, and manufacturing

Coordination of RMA-related activity and customer communication
-
Management of customer scheduling questions

Communication of scheduling options to customers

Facilitation of internal communication between manufacturing and sales teams

Review and documentation of substandard job performance issues

Preparation of daily production meeting notes for the sales team

Ongoing coordination between office functions and shop floor operations

Support of production flow and overall customer satisfaction
Schedule & Pay:
- Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm
- $21-$23/hour
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience with inside sales or customer-facing roles
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
