Construction Clean Up Job Summary: A local cleaning company is looking for a Construction Clean up worker to maintain the appearance and cleanliness at a construction company partner
Construction Clean Up Job Requirements:
- Perform general cleanup of parking ramps and construction sites, including sweeping, shoveling, and debris removal
- Collect and dispose of trash, scrap materials, and construction waste in designated containers
- Operate basic cleaning equipment such as brooms, vacuums, and pressure washers
- Assist with post-construction cleanup, including dusting surfaces and removing leftover materials
- Clear walkways, stairwells, and parking areas to maintain safe and accessible conditions
- Remove snow, ice, or water buildup when necessary to prevent hazards
- Support construction crews by moving materials and keeping work areas organized
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Identify and report safety hazards, damages, or maintenance needs
- Assist with light demolition cleanup and hauling materials as needed
Schedule & Pay:
- 1st Shift; 7:00am-3:00pm
- $20.00/HR
Construction Clean Up Qualifications:
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting, bending, and standing
- Capable of lifting 25–50 lbs consistently, occasionally more with assistance
- Willingness to work in outdoor and indoor environments in varying weather conditions
- Basic understanding of workplace safety practices and use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Ability to use basic hand tools and cleaning equipment
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed
- Previous construction or general labor experience preferred but not required
