Machine Operator/Backup Team Lead Job Summary:
A company leading in acoustical and thermal insulation solutions for the automotive, office furniture, appliance, HVAC, commercial and residential industries is looking for Machine Operator/Production support on 3rd shift.
Machine Operator/Backup Team Lead Responsibilities:
- Machine operating
- Assembly
- Packing and stacking product
- Flexibility to work in different areas/stations as needed
- Assisted as Backup Team Lead to help maintain workflow and production efficiency
- Helped train and support new employees on production processes and safety procedures
- Assisted with troubleshooting minor production and equipment issues
- Helped ensure quality standards and production goals were met throughout shifts
Schedule & Pay:
- 3rd Shift, 11:00pm-7:00am
- $18.00/HR (potential for more after 1-2 months)
Machine Operator/Backup Team Lead Qualifications:
- Great attendance and reliability
- Previous manufacturing experience
- Ability to work with fiberglass materials
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Able to stand and walk for the entire shift
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Willingness to learn new processes and work in multiple areas as needed
