Job Full Description
Industrial Painter Summary: A structural steel company that fabricates steel stairs and handrails for commercial and institutional buildings, is looking for an experienced industrial painter with overhead crane experience to join their growing team.
Industrial Painter Responsibilities:
- Operate an overhead crane to load and unload large steel products
- Read pull lists and pull required materials
- Mark material with proper paint colors
- Spray paint materials to specifications
- Conduct paint thickness testing
Schedule & Pay:
- 1st shift, 5:00AM-4:00PM, plus additional OT as required
- $20.00/HR
Industrial Painter Qualifications:
- Overhead crane experience is required
- Industrial (spray) painting experience is required
- Blueprint reading is a plus but not required
- Attention to details
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Able to be walk/stand for the duration of the shift
- Able to do physical work for the duration of the shift
- High school diploma or equivalent
