Maintenance Project Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians for a 3 day project in July (6th-8th) This role is responsible for remove all existing flooring, trash out, patch up walls, deep clean The ideal candidate is experienced in general repairs, and maintenance.
Maintenance Project Responsibilities:
- Remove all existing flooring, Taking all trash out, patch up walls (Drywall), deep clean the Suite before painters come in.
Schedule: 7:30am - 4:30pm,
Pay: $22/hr
Maintenance Project Qualifications:
- 1-3 Years of experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, construction or a similar role
- Ability to use power tools and basic tools
- Must have your own vehicle, a valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift/move up to 75-100 pounds frequently
