Part-Time Grounds & Light Maintenance Support Job Summary:
Does a part-time schedule work for you? Do you love to fix things, help with grounds, handyman work, and beautifying a property? This is the job for you! We are looking for someone who like to do basic building maintenance and general repairs. If you like working with your hands, fixing problems, and have light maintenance experience, apply today!
Part-Time Grounds & Light Maintenance Support Job Summary:
- Painting, changing lightbulbs, trash removal, light drywall repair, light plumbing
- Building turnovers to prepare for new residents
- Grounds work, snow shoveling, and general support to the team
- Light maintenance work alongside the maintenance team
Schedule: Part-time, 8am-1pm, Monday-Friday
Pay: $17.00/HR-$18.00/HR DOE
Part-Time Grounds & Light Maintenance Support Qualifications:
- Ability to use power tools and basic tools
- Must have your own vehicle, a valid driver's license and basic set of hand tools
- Willingness to work outdoors and indoors and in all kinds of weather conditions
- Previous handyman, grounds cleaning, and general apartment maintenance experience is preferred.
- Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis
