About the Business Development Manager Role: As a Business Development Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our strategic expansion, forging partnerships, and driving revenue growth. The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets on a consistent basis.

- Base Salary + Commission & Bonuses: $50K - $55K Base and potential $30K - $60K in commissions and bonuses.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through proactive research, cold calling, networking, and leveraging online platforms to generate qualified leads.
- Prospecting and Outreach: Engage with leads through various communication channels (phone, email, social media) to introduce the staffing services, understand their needs, and establish rapport.
- Business Development: Identify and target potential clients who are a perfect fit for our contract/evaluation-to-hire/direct hire services. Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers to drive business growth.
- Client Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, addressing their inquiries, and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Client Engagement: Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their staffing needs, provide comprehensive solutions, and build long-term partnerships.
- Thorough Job Order Qualification: Dig deep to understand client requirements, ensuring accurate and comprehensive job orders that result in successful placements.
- Solution Selling: Present customized staffing solutions that align with clients' needs, highlighting the value proposition, benefits, and competitive advantages of your company's services.
- Proposal Development: Prepare compelling proposals, including pricing, terms, and conditions, tailored to the specific requirements of each client.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Collaborate closely with recruitment and account management teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and effective service delivery.
- Sales Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and progress in the CRM system.
- Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experienced in B2B Sales and Strategic Sales Planning
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies
- Proficient and experienced in utilizing software and other platforms to manage the sales process such as CRM, MS Office, Google Suite, etc.
