Express Employment Professionals is hiring for a family-owned appliance retailer looking to add dependable Delivery Driver or Delivery Helper to their growing team.

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Hours may vary based on daily deliveries)

Available Positions:
Delivery Driver

Starting Pay: $20.00/hour (Based on experience)

Drivers safely operate 26-foot box trucks while completing residential deliveries and installations of appliances and furniture.

Delivery Helper

Starting Pay: $18.50/hour

Helpers assist drivers with loading trucks, making deliveries, appliance installations, customer communication, and ensuring deliveries are completed safely and efficiently

Job Responsibilities

• Load delivery trucks in proper route order each morning
• Deliver and install residential appliances including:
• Washers & Dryers
• Refrigerators
• Ranges
• Install basic appliance connections including:
• Water lines
• Gas line connections
• Dryer venting
• Deliver furniture including:
• Recliners
• Bedding
• Dinette sets
• Remove and haul away old appliances when required
• Maintain delivery equipment including dollies, straps, appliance pads, and installation tools
• Report vehicle maintenance or supply needs
• Utilize Package AI mobile application for customer communication and delivery documentation
• Provide outstanding customer service during every delivery

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required
• Chauffeur's License preferred for Driver positions (not required for Helpers or Warehouse Associates)
• DOT Physical required for Delivery Drivers
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to safely lift and move appliances and furniture with a partner
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to use smartphones or mobile apps for delivery documentation
• Mechanical aptitude or installation experience is a plus but not required
