Shifts Available: 1st & 2nd shift
- 1st: M-Th 6am-3:30pm Fri 6am-10am
- 2nd: M-Th 3:30pm-2am
Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour, DOE
Job Type: Full-Time, evaluation to hire

Your Role Includes:
- Reviewing prints to ensure accurate hardware placement.
- Operating and setting up precision Haeger machines for pem insertion.
- Managing inventory by preparing hardware pick lists.
- Conducting quality checks, ensuring hardware is installed per customer specifications.
- Adjusting machine settings to achieve proper depth, pressure, and alignment.
- Collaborating with the inspection team for first-piece verification.
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred 2+ years of Haeger machine setup and operation experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks with precision.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to read blueprints accurately.
- Commitment to wearing PPE and maintaining safety standards.
