Responsibilities: Sales Billing Specialist/Administrator
- Assist the sales team in delivering exceptional service to clients, ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain and update the client database to ensure accuracy and efficiency in client interactions.
- Process orders, invoices, and payments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with customers, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information.

Qualifications: Sales Billing Specialist/Administrator
- 5+ years of experience in project management or a similar role, preferably in a sales environment.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong team player with the initiative to work independently when needed.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software preferred.
