Pay: $21 per hour
Schedule: 7am to 330pm for training
- 10am to 630pm Mon- Fri in future
Job Type: Full-time, Evaluation to hire

What We Are Looking For:
Ideal candidates should have experience in setting up and running Clam Shell Die Cut Machines such as Brausse, Imperia, Standard, Thompson, or equivalent. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, efficient communication, and reliability are key attributes for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:

Produce high-quality products by carefully following job specifications and layouts, ensuring all details are met accurately.

Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to safety protocols.

Manage manufacturing expedite lists efficiently, allocating resources and juggling multiple responsibilities.

Adapt to changing schedules and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
-
Delegate tasks within the department as needed.

Stay updated with evolving technologies and troubleshoot print/color issues by collaborating with customer service and production teams.
Essential Job Functions:

Determine the next job to process by reviewing the Die Cutting Job List.

Follow job ticket instructions carefully.
-
Prepare and rack printed/processed sheets for cutting.
-
Remove adhesive from materials as necessary.
-
Clean and maintain cutter blades.
-
Communicate any production challenges or specification inconsistencies.
-
Update job tickets with any changes.
-
Deliver completed jobs to the appropriate staging area.
-
Maintain inventory of department consumables and adhere to maintenance schedules.

Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
