Express Employment Professionals in Woodbury, Mn is seeking Electronic Assemblers on a 2nd Shift for a long term project July through December!
Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Pay: $18.00/hour (includes shift differential)
Duration: Mid-July through end of year
Must be able to pass government background check and drug screen before start
No interview needed

key Responsibilities

Perform manual and automated electronic assembly work in a fast-paced environment

Assemble components into printed circuit boards (PCBs) and final products using hand tools and prep machines

Identify and install components based on written/oral instructions, assembly drawings, and BOMs
-
Conduct testing and quality checks at multiple stages to ensure compliance with customer specs and IPC standards

Package and label completed products following final build procedures and shipping instructions

Complete pre-assembly tasks such as stocking lines, printing/applying labels, and collating materials
-
Maintain flexibility to shift tasks, processes, or procedures based on supervisor direction

Communicate any defects or issues with materials, tools, or processes promptly
Qualifications

Completion of ESD Safety training and IPC-A-610 certification (training may be provided)

Ability to read and interpret work routers, schematics, BOMs, and component polarity

Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

Comfortable working in a team environment with changing priorities
-
Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal)

Previous electronic assembly experience preferred but not required
