Pay: $20-22/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm

Express Employment Professionals in Woodbury, MN is partnering with a well-respected, locally owned restoration company to hire a Customer Care Coordinator.
This contract-to-hire role allows you to guide customers from start to finish as they recover from property damage events like water, fire, or storm losses. You’ll play a key role in making a tough situation a little easier for them.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Answering and managing incoming calls on a fast-paced multi-line phone system

Providing proactive, empathetic, and consistent communication to keep customers informed throughout the project

Coordinating internal service teams and managing daily schedules

Dispatching emergency service crews, subcontractors, and project managers

Maintaining accurate and timely records using multiple job management software systems
What We’re Looking For:

Professional, friendly demeanor and strong problem-solving abilities

Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and screens

Excellent attention to detail and time management skills

Clear and effective communication – written and verbal
-
Ability to stay focused and organized in a fast-paced environment
