Schedule:
Pay Rate: $20 – $25 per hour (depending on experience)
Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary (Approx. 4 weeks, potential to convert to permanent based on performance)
About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable Assembler / Production Associate to join our team on a short-term basis. This position is hands-on and primarily involves cutting metal tubing for breath guard assemblies, along with assisting in other general shop and production tasks as needed.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. While this role is expected to last about 4 weeks, there may be an opportunity for long-term employment depending on performance and company needs.
Responsibilities:

Cut and prepare metal tubing using shop equipment.

Assemble and handle materials for production of breath guards.

Perform general labor and miscellaneous tasks to support the production team.

Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Work closely with supervisors and team members to ensure projects are completed on time.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or general labor preferred but not required.

Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and cutting equipment (training provided if needed).

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

Dependable and punctual with good work ethic.

Ability to stand, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
