Express Employment Professionals in Woodbury is seeking Automotive Service Technicians for a great company in the East Metro Area!!
Automotive Service Technicians perform preventative maintenance, diagnoses problems and repairs vehicle systems in cars and light trucks. Specifically, an Automotive Service Technician diagnoses and repairs: engines, transmissions, clutches, rear ends, differentials, brakes, drive shafts, axles and other assemblies. Transmission and Engine work a plus!
Automotive Service Technician Details:
- Schedule: 745am to 615pm Monday - Friday
- Pay: $20-29.70 - based on experience level
- Location: White Bear Lake
Automotive Service Technician Duties:

Perform oil changes, tire changes, and brake replacements

Diagnose and repair vehicle issues across multiple systems

Conduct preventative maintenance and safety inspections
-
Utilize diagnostic tools and repair manuals to troubleshoot
-
Maintain shop cleanliness and follow safety procedures
-
Other duties as assigned
Automotive Service Technician Requirements:
- Work with a sense of urgency
- Must have great attendance
-
Previous hands-on automotive repair experience required (not just entry-level)

Experience with engines, transmissions, and drivetrains highly preferred

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
-
Must work with a sense of urgency and have reliable attendance

Own tools preferred (shop also provides specialty equipment)

A or B Level Technicians – Certification is not required, but advanced skills are highly valued
