Schedule: Full-time | 7/8am - 4/5pm Mon-Fri
Pay: $18-25 per hour (Based on experience)
Start Date: ASAP
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Low Voltage Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting low voltage systems, including security systems, access control, CCTV, fire alarms, and data/voice cabling. Responsibilities:

Install, terminate, and test low voltage cabling (Cat5e, Cat6, coax, fiber, etc.)

Mount and configure devices such as cameras, card readers, sensors, and control panels

Troubleshoot and repair existing low voltage systems

Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documents

Follow safety procedures and building codes

Document work and communicate effectively with project managers and clients
Requirements:
-
1+ years of experience in low voltage installations or related fields like satellite, cable, or internet installation.

Proficient with hand tools and cable testing equipment

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on ladders or in confined spaces

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work

Must be able to pass a background check
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Low Voltage License (if required in state)

OSHA 10/30 certification
-
Experience with fire alarm, access control, or AV systems

Familiarity with BICSI standards or industry certifications
