Express Employment Professionals in Woodbury, Mn is seeking several PVA Operators on 1st Shift!!
Are you looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where every day brings something new? We are seeking a PVA Operator to join our facility on 1st shift.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in protecting electronic components by applying conformal coating to circuit boards—helping ensure reliability in products that make an impact worldwide.
Schedule: 6am to 230pm Monday - Friday
Pay: $17-$18.50 per hour
- Immediate start upon successful completion of drug screen and background check
- $19-24 per hour for experienced PVA candidates

What You’ll Do
-
Set up and operate the PVA conformal coating machine.
-
Apply coating mixtures and perform touch-up and inspection.

Follow established procedures to ensure quality and consistency.

Participate in cross-training and support other areas of production as needed.

Maintain a clean, safe, and team-oriented workspace.
What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Completion of ESD Safety training and IPC-A-610 certification (or willingness to obtain).

Strong attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and manual dexterity.

Ability to read and follow assembly drawings, work routers, bills of materials, and written procedures.

Comfortable working at a fast pace with high-volume workloads.

Basic computer knowledge is a MUST!!
